Stryker A1 IM SHORAD : An Epic Story

  General Dynamics Land Systems and Leonardo DRS developed the A1 Initial Maneuver Short-Range Air Defense stryker system for the US Army. The IM-SHORAD vehicle prototype was unveiled at the 2019 United States Army Association Annual Meeting & Exhibition in Washington. The air defense platform is designed to defend against a variety of low-altitude aerial threats such as rotary and fixed-wing aircraft, cruise missiles, and Groups 1, 2, and 3 unmanned aerial systems. The IM-SHORAD program's purpose is to increase tactical ground units' air defense capabilities against new threats. To provide forward-deployed units with next-generation protection, the US Army's IM-SHORAD solution will include an integrated suite of mission systems such as radar, electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sighting system, electronic warfare package, as well as non-lethal and lethal effects such as Hellfire rockets, Stinger missiles, and a 30 mm M230LF cannon. CV90 Infantry Fighting Vehicle for its Armed Forces

The CV90 Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) was developed by BAE Systems Hägglunds of Sweden and first entered service in 1992. It is in service with the militaries of Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland. The CV90 has a crew of three (driver, commander, and gunner) and can transport up to six fully-equipped infantrymen. The vehicle is armed with a 40mm automatic cannon and a 7.62mm co-axial machine gun. It is also equipped with grenade launchers, anti-tank missiles, and smoke grenade launchers. The CV90 has a top speed of 70 km/h and a range of 500 km. The CV90 was designed to provide superior protection for its occupants while still being able to engage enemy targets effectively. The hull and turret are made of steel and composites which provide protection against small arms fire and shell fragments.   The XB-70 Valkyrie was a supersonic strategic bomber developed by North American Aviation for the United States Air Force in the 1950s. The aircraft was designed to fly at Mach 3+ and carry nuclear weapons. The XB-70 program was cancelled in 1961 after the aircraft's cost tripled and it became clear that the Soviet Union was developing similar technology. Despite its cancellation, the XB-70 remains one of the most advanced bombers ever developed. It is capable of flying at altitudes of up to 70,000 feet (21,000 m) and speeds of Mach 3+. The aircraft is also equipped with an advanced avionics suite and has a range of over 5,000 miles (8,000 km). The XB-70 Valkyrie was designed to be the most advanced bomber, It was equipped with cutting-edge technology and features that made it the most powerful and sophisticated bomber of its time. The  Stryker  is a family of  eight-wheeled   armored fighting vehicles  derived from the Canadian  LAV III . Stryker vehicles are produced by  General Dynamics Land Systems -Canada (GDLS-C) for the  United States Army  in a plant in  London, Ontario . It has four-wheel drive (8×4) and can be switched to all-wheel drive (8×8). The Stryker was conceived as a family of vehicles forming the backbone of a new  medium-weight brigade combat team  (BCT) that was to strike a balance between  heavy armor  and  infantry .
